The Approved Code of Practice L8 ‘The control of Legionella bacteria in water systems’ can present a time consuming challenge to managers and building owners with regards to monitoring compliance and record keeping. Effective control requires close management of risk assets (cooling towers, taps, showers, tanks and hot water vessels).
Traditional paper based record keeping methods do not readily enable trend analysis and exception reporting to practically deliver compliance and safety for building users. Central Chemical Services can now provide a web based Legionella logbook which provides trend analysis, exception reports and graphs all easily accessible by the client.
